• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above.
• The Prizes is a 2D1N Stay at Sunway Sanctuary for eligible guests aged 55 and above.

• Valid only for original receipts from purchase made in Sunway Carnival Mall on the same date. The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
• Credit card payment slips and receipts from Parkson, promotional space and pushcart tenants, trade-in transactions, top-up or reload cards, any form of gift/cash voucher or card purchase, bill payment of any kind and money changers will not be accepted.
• Tenants, tenants’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the above redemption and strictly prohibited from redeeming the gift(s) on behalf of their customers.
• The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Carnival Mall, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Carnival Mall. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• If the winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, The Management reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Carnival Mall on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
• The Management reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
• The Management decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Carnival Mall.
• The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
• In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• The Prizes is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
• The Management reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.
