• Cozy Cozy Redemptions will run from 28 Nov to 28 Dec 2025.
• The redemption is open to all shoppers aged 18 years and above, with a minimum purchase amount as above.
• This redemption is only eligible for shoppers who have registered as Sunway Malls Members via the Sunway Super App.
• Redeemable at the Concierge, 2nd Floor.
• Limited to ONE (1) redemption per shopper per day. Based on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last. Redemption items stated above shall be awarded at random.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchase made in Sunway Carnival Mall. Valid with a maximum of two (2) same-day purchase receipts only, and receipts must be dated on redemption day.
• Credit card payment slips and receipts from Parkson, promotional space and push cart tenants, trade-in transactions, top-up or reload cards, any form of gift/cash voucher or card purchase, bill payment of any kind and money changers will not be accepted.
• Tenants, tenants’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the above redemption and strictly prohibited from redeeming the gift(s) on behalf of their customers.
• The redemption items must be taken as they are and strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
• The Management reserves the right to substitute any of the items with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
