Shop & Win Terms & Conditions:

• The Shop & Win will run from 18 June – 31 August 2022 and is open to all shoppers aged 18 years and above, with the minimum purchase amount as above.
• Shoppers who participated in the redemption with the minimum amount spent will automatically be enrolled in the Shop & Win.
• Shoppers are required to register at Sunway Malls Rewards page.
• Valid only for original receipt from purchase made in Sunway Carnival Mall on the same date.
• Credit card payment slips and receipts from Parkson, promotional space and push cart tenants, trade-in transactions, top-up or reload cards, any form of gift/cash voucher or card purchase, bill payment of any kind and money changers will not be accepted.
• Each receipt can only be used once regardless of the exceeding purchase amount.
• Tenants, tenants’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Shop & Win and strictly prohibited from participating on behalf of their customers.
• Each winner is entitled to one prize only.
• The Shop & Win prizes must be taken as they are and strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Prizes not collected after one month will automatically be forfeited.
• The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
• The Management reserves the right to substitute any of the items with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• By participating in this Shop & Win, your information will be used to keep you informed on Sunway Malls and its partners’ news, exclusive promotions and so forth.
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway Malls and any personal data collected on this form will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the company at www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/
