REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• This campaign will run from 22 July 2022 - 14 August 2022.
• Redeemable at Concierge Counter @ Level 2, Sunway Carnival Mall.
• Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per spin per participant. Maximum 5 spins per participant per day.
• Redemption items are subject to first come first serve and while stocks last basis.
• Shoppers are required to download Sunway Carnival Mall Mobile App and register as a member prior to taking part in this campaign.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made in Sunway Carnival Mall on the same date, excluding receipts from Parkson, bill payments of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, money changers, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
• Redemption items may vary from time to time. Participants may refer to the spinning wheel for the current available redemption items.
• Participants are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash and/or other items.
• Redemption items are a mixture of physical vouchers and products.
• Images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary from the images portrayed in any marketing collaterals displayed.
• Tenants staff are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• ONE (1) spin on the spinning wheel is equivalent to ONE (1) lucky draw entry. The result from Sunway Carnival Mall 25th Silver Jubilee Giveaway is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• Sunway Carnival Mall reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. The value of the prizes will be solely determined by Sunway Carnival Mall Management.
• The Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

LUCKY DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SUNWAY MALLS)

• This lucky draw is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except for the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway Group, Citibank and its appointed agencies, advertising and/or public relations consultants, and tenants.
• This contest will run from 22 July to 14 August 2022.
• All prizes are strictly non-resalable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash and/or other items.
• Sunway Malls reserves the right to disqualify incomplete and/or illegible entries.
• The lucky draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• Each winner is only entitled to win ONE (1) prize throughout the lucky draw contest period.
• Sunway Malls reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. The value of the prizes will be solely determined by the Management.
• Sunway Malls’ decisions on any matter relating to this lucky draw are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by the Management.
• All winners will be drawn and announced through Sunway Malls Facebook and/or Instagram live and will be informed via telephone. In the event, the winner cannot be contacted for any reason after THREE (3) attempts by Sunway Malls, the winner will be automatically disqualified and a new winner will be selected in his/her place by the Management.
• In the event, the winner fails to collect his/her prize within 15 days after announcement, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• Winners are required to produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes prior to collection of the prize.
• By participating in this activity, Sunway Malls reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
