Have you lost an item or found something and wish to return
it to its rightful owner? Visit concierge counter at Ground
Floor and report a lost or found item. We'll assist you in finding
what you're looking for.

Customer Service at concierge counter works collectively with
the Security Department to ensure the safety of your visit is
a priority. We can provide you a band-aid for abrasions or an
ambulance for emergencies.

For your convenience, Sunway Carnival offers family washrooms,
baby changing area and a disabilities washroom.

Prayer Rooms/ Surau
Specially catered for local and mid-eastern tourist, the prayer
room is situated at Lower Ground Floor next to the management
office.

parking bays in within and outside Sunway Carnival Mall, and
including extra-wide wheelchair parking spaces at the open spaces
car park.
