Responsibilities:
  • To be stationed in the CHD's Office to monitor the overall CP's traffic.
  • To ensure cleanliness of immediate surrounding areas near entry and exit points.
  • To report on any faulty or breakdown of the parking equipment.
  • To assist to pack and label all used parking tickets and report to Operation Executive if any outstanding ticket.
  • To ensure sufficient tickets in the ticket dispenser machines.
  • To conduct daily skimming from autopay machine with treasury.
  • To undertake any other works given by management from time to time.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent

  • To assist to pack and label all used parking tickets and report to Operation Executive if any outstanding ticket.
  • To ensure sufficient tickets in the ticket dispenser machines.
  • To conduct daily skimming from autopay machine with treasury.
  • To accompany (if required) operation executive or credit control supervisor for Top-up and collection of monies by Treasury Dept.
  • To be stationed in the CMS if required by management to monitor traffic flow.
  • To undertake any other works given by management from time to time.
 
Requirements:
  • Possess SPM qualification
  • Preferably with working experience in carparks.
  • A team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work on weekends & public holidays
  • Pleasant personality, pro-active and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of additional language would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • To route and screen calls, greet visitors, respond to inquiries from the public, and provide information about the organization in a professional manner.
  • To take messages and inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellation of an appointment.
  • To help ensure security of the office by monitoring the access of visitors.
  • To handle opening and sorting mail, collecting and distributing parcels, transmitting and delivering facsimiles, updating appointment calendars.
  • To ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are well maintained and neat.
  • To perform ad-hoc secretarial, clerical and administrative assignments as and when required.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Receptionist or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:
  • To patrol around the mall and the surrounding area
  • To perform safety checks and other related activities to provide and maintain a safe environment
  • To prevent any criminal activity as well as vandalism in the mall and it’s surrounding area.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
 
Requirements:
  • Posses minimum SPM
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably with experience in shopping centre or service-oriented industry.
  • Able to work on weekends & public holidays
