| Responsibilities: |
- Prepare price and cost analysis.
- Process and monitor payments for supplier to ensure prompt payment.
- Reconciliation of supplier statement to ensure all invoices are received and accounted for.
- Identify and verify company's requirements / product specifications.
- Conduct discussion with suppliers to confirm product specifications and negotiate price, delivery and any other terms and conditions, which may be required.
- Arrange quotations received from end-users and issue orders to suppliers.
- Keep supplier and product info updated.

- Posses Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management/International Trade/ Finance/Accounting.
- Good command of spoken written in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese.(Optional)
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
