Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement all marketing and public relations activities including corporate communication programs, advertising and promotions, marketing events etc.
  • Conduct and compile Marketing/Internet research.
  • Summarize report for effectiveness of marketing projects/activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements for sales for the company.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager for time to time.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Jaya.

  • Provide customer services, handle enquiries and announcements.
  • Attend to customer complaints, feedback and lost & found and report to superior for appropriate follow up and action.
  • Assist in public relations and promotions related duties.
  • Update and maintain customer database.
 
Requirements:
  • Possess SPM qualification.
  • Preferably those with 1 year relevant experience in customer service profession.
  • A team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
  • Pleasant personality, pro-active and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of additional language would be an added advantage.

  • Assist in general paper work.
  • Handling filing, data entry and other ad hoc duties.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Good working attitude, a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • 2 Full-Time and Temporary position available.
  • Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare price and cost analysis.
  • Process and monitor payments for supplier to ensure prompt payment.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statement to ensure all invoices are received and accounted for.
  • Identify and verify company's requirements / product specifications.
  • Conduct discussion with suppliers to confirm product specifications and negotiate price, delivery and any other terms and conditions, which may be required.
  • Arrange quotations received from end-users and issue orders to suppliers.
  • Keep supplier and product info updated.
 
Requirements:
  • Posses Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management/International Trade/ Finance/Accounting.
  • Good command of spoken written in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese.(Optional)
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have hands-on experience in technical purchases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
